Kimura Power Trainer Reviews

FIRAS ZAHABI

I always loved martial arts more than I loved fighting. I didn’t do martial arts because I wanted to be famous or because I wanted to win a tournament. I always did it because I was fascinated with the art. People don’t know their history, Some people are born warriors. And those warriors, we need them. They have a place in our society. Let them play football, let them play basketball, let them box, let them do MMA. They’re born with that.

INTRODUCTION TO THE KIMURA

IMPROVING YOUR GUILLOTINE TECHNIQUE

STRENGTHENING YOUR TECHNIQUE

Step 1

Secure the Kimura Arm Master to a stable anchor point using a band or weighted cable. Assume a stable athletic stance, whether you are standing, sitting, or positioned on the ground.

Step 2

Grasp the wrist of the Kimura Arm Master with one hand, and with your other hand, hold the wrist of the Kimura Arm Master to initiate a controlled twisting motion of the arm.

Step 3

Initiate a repetitive twisting motion, concentrating on maintaining leverage and pressure on the shoulder joint. It's vital to note that the KAM elbow joint is immobile, and your opponent's arm must be bent at a 90-degree angle to generate the essential leverage for shoulder joint pressure.

Step 4

To finalize the Kimura, persist in applying pressure to your opponent's arm and shoulder until they signal submission, typically indicated by tapping out.
